The papers should be submitted by September 15, 2011 in order to be included in the proceedings book.

Papers will be accepted only where at least one of the authors is registered at the Congress.

The papers should be sent in Word format (CIEV_Standards_Ingles.pdf) cannot exceed four A4 pages.

The posters should be printed with the maximum dimensions of 80 cm x 120 cm.

Warning:

The deadline for submission of papers and payment to lower values ​​was extended to 05 October 2011.

The registration to Gala dinner needs a supplemental fee - € 30 per person.

Terms of payment for registration fees

All payment should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees.
